Cattle Sales

The fold has now reached its target numbers of 40 - 45 cows and in-calf heifers, 3 bulls and followers. All steers are retained for organic beef production under the Soil Association standards. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to see our Organic Highland Beef  offer.

07/10/08- We have for sale - 1 Three year old (in-calf) heifer - 5 Bulling heifers - 5 heifer stirks and 2 black bulls

Beef sales for 2007

Our steers are finished on farm and either sold locally through Highland Drovers Ltd. (www.highlanddrovers.co.uk ) or through local and national direct marketing outlets.

We can now offer outstanding value for money to customers looking for a supply of Highland Beef.

Purchase a quarter or half beast cut to your requirements  for your freezer at wholesale prices. Get a complete range of cuts, joints and products for between £250 & £300 per quarter plus postage & packaging at cost (final price depends on the weight of animal). This offer is available nationally with the meat being butchered and packaged by the licensed and highly skilled staff at Highland Drovers. All products are vacuum packed weighed and labelled. Courier transport is in ambient boxes with ice pouches aiding temperature control.

This represents a significant saving over purchasing at retail prices
